Meet Eric Smith, Founder and Leadership Expert
With 28 years in law enforcement, including serving as a veteran of the Charleston Police Department, I bring a unique perspective to leadership development. For over 15 years, I’ve been an in-service instructor, focusing on leadership training tailored to first responders and professionals in high-stakes environments. These experiences, combined with my Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership, a Master of Science in Strategic Leadership with Honors, and certifications as a TalentSmart EQ Trainer and member of the Maxwell Leadership Team, form the foundation of my approach to leadership development.
I now bring these invaluable lessons to the private sector, helping leaders at all levels navigate complexity, adapt to change, and foster resilience and growth. My mission is to equip leaders with the tools they need to inspire collaboration, build high-performing teams, and drive organizational success.
